Returns Policy
At Lily Grace Toronto, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully below.
Return Conditions

A return request may only be submitted once the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items for fit is permitted; wearing items beyond this is not allowed.

Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes with the purpose of partially returning items are not accepted.
Return Process

Please contact us at info@lilygracetoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the return has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
